Martin Case Client Hub — Amazon Analytics Dashboard
Reporting and analytics for Amazon Selling Partners — sales, advertising and Brand Analytics data turned into clear, actionable insight.
What it is
Martin Case Client Hub is Martin Case Limited's proprietary analytics and reporting dashboard for Amazon Selling Partners. It is the working environment our consultants and clients use every day to understand how an Amazon account is performing, where the opportunities are, and where attention is needed.
Martin Case Client Hub is the analytics and reporting application registered with Amazon as "Martin Case Limited SP API".
Client Hub is built specifically around the data shape of Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, the Amazon Advertising console and Amazon Brand Analytics. Rather than asking a seller to stitch together half a dozen Amazon reports, Client Hub brings the relevant data into one consolidated, multi-marketplace view that is consistent month after month.
What it does for sellers
Client Hub consolidates an Amazon seller's or vendor's performance data into a single clear view across all the marketplaces under management. In one place, sellers can see:
- Sales and units — ordered revenue, units, returns and refunds, broken down by marketplace, brand, parent listing and ASIN.
- Advertising performance — spend, sales, ACoS, TACoS and ROAS across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display.
- Conversion and traffic — sessions, page views, unit session percentage (conversion rate) and Buy Box share.
- Search-term and keyword performance — which queries are driving impressions, clicks, spend and sales, both paid and organic.
- Brand Analytics insights — top search terms, repeat purchase behaviour and demographic context for brand-registered sellers.
All of the above is presented with month-on-month and year-on-year comparisons, plus trend alerts that flag what has moved and, where possible, why — so a seller does not have to hunt through Seller Central to spot a problem or an opportunity.
What it does across the account
Beyond reporting, Client Hub is the operational console our team uses to manage each client's Amazon account end to end, across the following areas:
- Listings & content — auditing, creating and updating product listings and A+ content.
- Pricing — monitoring Buy Box and competitor offers and applying client-approved price changes.
- Fulfilment (FBA) — planning replenishment, tracking inbound shipments and identifying stranded or ageing inventory.
- Finance — reconciling settlement and fee data into per-client management reporting.
- Inventory & orders — consolidating orders and inventory across marketplaces into a single operational view.
- Brand Analytics — using search and catalogue insights to inform keyword and listing strategy for brand-registered clients.
Every client's account is managed in a logically separated tenant; one client's data is never combined with, or exposed to, another.
How it uses Amazon data
Client Hub accesses a seller's data through Amazon's official Selling Partner API (SP-API) and Amazon Advertising API. It does so only after the selling partner has explicitly authorised the application through Amazon's standard authorisation flow. The seller controls that authorisation and can revoke it at any time from within their Amazon account.
The data accessed may include sales and order data, advertising data, and — for brand-registered sellers — Amazon Brand Analytics data. That data is used solely to provide reporting and analytics back to the same seller who authorised the connection. It is not used to train third-party models, it is not aggregated into products sold to other parties, and it is not shared with anyone outside the engagement.
Who it's for
Client Hub is provided to sellers and vendors managed by Martin Case Limited as part of the management service. It is not sold as standalone software and there is no separate software fee — dashboard access is included within the monthly service. See the Pricing page for how engagements are structured.
Data protection and privacy
Seller data accessed through Client Hub is handled in line with Amazon's Data Protection Policy and Acceptable Use Policy, and with UK GDPR requirements. Data is used only to deliver analytics and reporting to the authorising seller, is stored securely, and is retained only as long as needed to provide the service.
Seller data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own purposes, and it is never used to benefit other sellers. Access within Martin Case Limited is restricted to the consultants working on that seller's account.
